Loved the unique design of the unit we occupied!
Unfortunately, the accommodations fell short of expectations. The hot water was inconsistent, taking hours to heat up, which was very inconvenient for our family. We experienced noise disturbances from long-term tenants below us, making for a restless night. I was disappointed by the lack of thorough cleaning, with dust and cobwebs noticeable in the bathroom.

The room itself felt tired and in need of an update, with dated decor and slightly unpleasant odors. The uncomfortable mattress made for a restless sleep, and the limited number of utensils in the kitchen was inconvenient, especially lacking basics like a spatula or colander. the steep staircase and noise from neighboring rooms were frustrating and disrupted peace during the night.

the location is really nice and the lady at reception was super friendly, which made us feel welcome right away. the room was clean and had everything we needed for our family. we loved the spacious layout and comfy beds. it was also close to lots of fun activities in rotorua. definitely a great spot for a family getaway!
the wifi was kinda weak in our room and we felt a little unsure about the security of the entrance since it had a big window that was easy to access.

The apartment was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen that allowed for easy meal preparation, which is always a plus for families. the decor was quite outdated, with floral patterns dominating the space, and the cleanliness needed attention, especially in the bathroom. While the location was convenient, being close to cultural centers, the sofa in the sitting area was not as comfortable as expected. Despite some shortcomings, the ample space and family-friendly facilities made our stay enjoyable.

Super comfy stay!
I stayed in a deluxe family suite for 3 nights. The bed was surprisingly plush, and I loved that the area was quiet. The only bummer was the weak shower pressure, made it tough for more than one person to shower. The picnic area was nice, great for a quick bite outside!
